2. Bookings, Changes & Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation 
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in case of emergencies or unavailability 
  • Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling with prior notice 
  • Late cancellations may be chargeable depending on service type 

3. Payments & Financial Terms

  • Payment details will be shared before or after service 
  • Accepted modes may include UPI, cash, or digital transfer 
  • Leapheal reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice 
  • Any disputes regarding payment must be reported promptly 

4. Liability & Medical Disclaimer

  • All services are provided by trained healthcare professionals 
  • However, Leapheal does not guarantee specific medical outcomes or cures 
  • In case of medical emergency, patients must contact a hospital or emergency services immediately 
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical and personal information 
  • Ensure safe access to the patient location 
  • Cooperate with assigned healthcare professionals 
  • Not misuse or misrepresent medical services 

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must NOT use our services or platforms for:

  • Illegal activities 
  • Abuse, harassment, or hate speech 
  • Fraudulent bookings 
  • Spam or promotional misuse 
  • Any harmful or unethical behavior toward staff 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Leapheal website, including branding, text, logo, and design, is owned by Leapheal.

  • No copying or reproduction is allowed without permission 
  • Unauthorized use of brand content is prohibited 

8. Service Availability

  • Services may experience delays due to operational or external conditions 
  • Website or communication channels may be temporarily unavailable 
  • We are not responsible for technical downtime or disruptions 

9. Account & Service Termination

Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Leapheal Home Healthcare.

1. Service Nature

Leapheal provides healthcare services at home including doctor visits, nursing care, physiotherapy, lab tests, and other medical support services.
Since these are time-based professional services, return of services is not applicable.

2. Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone 
  • Cancellations made before professional dispatch are usually accepted without charges 
  • Once a healthcare professional has been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in the following cases:

  • Service not delivered due to unavailability from our side 
  • Duplicate payment 
  • Cancellation approved before professional dispatch 

Refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer) 
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days 
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment provider 

5. Service Delays

Leapheal is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions 
  • Emergency medical situations 
  • Weather or external factors 
  • Unavailability of professionals in extreme cases 

In such cases, we will reschedule the service.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate booking details (address, time, condition) 
  • Availability at the scheduled time 
  • Safe environment for healthcare professionals 

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect eligibility for refunds.

7. Fraudulent Bookings

We reserve the right to cancel services without refund in cases of:

  • Misuse of booking system 
  • False information 
  • Abusive behavior toward staff
